Property management and HUD compliance
Affordable housing lives or dies on two things: how well the property is run, and how well it holds up when an agency comes to look. Those are the two things we know best.
Our property management keeps units leased, maintained, and reported on without drama. Our HUD compliance experience, across Section 8 and project based assistance, occupancy and recertification rules, EIV, and inspection standards, means findings get caught and fixed before they ever become a problem.
